a single bullion collar tab in a another rank i have never seen other than this one. being such a low rank it's hard to believe someone would even have the money to have one made up for their tunic but here it is. maybe rich parents or maybe a salesman sample. not sure. great italien made gold bullion thread on black velvet backing. again the only bullion tab in this rank i know of.
